Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 2:00PM and check-out is 11:00AM.
Q: Can I stay longer after check-out time, 11:00AM?
A: The maximum extension is until 2:00PM. The extension charge is 1,000 yen per hour.
Q: Arrival time is going to be midnight...
A: Front desk are open for 24 hours. However, after midnight, the entrance on the 1st floor will be closed. After midnight, please press the interphone.
Q: Before check-in and after check-out, can I leave my luggage?
A: Yes, we are able to keep your luggage at the front desk.
Q: Can I send luggage by the day of arrival?

Q: Can I send my luggage out from the hotel?
A: Yes, we are able to accept it at the front desk. Cardboard box and plastic bag to cover the luggage are also available.
Q: Is credit card acceptable?
A: The card of the following credit card companies can be used; Diners Club, mastering VISA, JCB, DC, UC card, American Express Millioncard, TOYOTA Credit card, Union Pay.
Q: Can you see the Tokyo Skytree from guest rooms?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have guest rooms with the view of Tokyo Skytree. (There is a building standing in between the Tokyo Skytree and our hotel.)
Q: I want to stay in a room on high floors with better view.
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to promise this definitely.
Q: Are there king sized beds?
A: The largest beds we provide are queen sized beds. These are in single rooms and double rooms. The beds in twin rooms are semi-double sized beds.
Q: Do you have laundry service?
A: Yes. There are laundry bags provided in your room. Please bring your laundry to the front desk by 9:00AM, and it will be ready in the evening of the day. Also, there are laundry machines on the 6th floor.
Q: Do you have parking lot?
A: Yes. Parking service is for 1,500 JPY per night.
Q: Does the restaurant provide dinner?
A: Yes. We have accommodation plans including dinner.
Q: Are there family rooms?
A: Sorry, we do not. However, we have connecting rooms which we connect 2 rooms by a door inside the rooms.
Q: Do you have cellular phone charger in your room?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: Are there pajama, towles, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room?
A: In the bathroom, there is a organic shampoo, called Jamlabel. This shampoo includes conditioner and also can use for face-wash and body soap.
Q: Can I use Free Internet with LAN cable and WiFi in the room?
A: Yes, WiFi with no password is required. LAN cable is in the drawer of the desk in all guest rooms.
Q: Can children sharing a bed with other guests stay for free?
A: Children under 12 years old are free. (Lying: up to one child on one bed) If you tell us about the child in advanced, additional towels are prepared in the room before the arrival.
Q: Are there breakfast for children?
A: It is 1000 yen for children over 6 years old.
Q: I am the member of Richmond Club. Can I have the receipt include Richmond points?
A: Yes, we can make out a hand-written receipt. Please let us know if you need one.
Q: Can I exchange money at your hotel?
A: Yes. There is a money exchange machine in our lobby on the 5th floor.
